Swedish regional carrier Golden Air is poised to introduce its first Saab 2000, replacing smaller Saab 340s on its network from Trollhättän-Vänersborg airport.
The airline, which now operates seven 340s and a single Cessna Citation, will deploy the ex-Crossair Saab 2000 on its existing network, primarily on flights to Finland. Golden Air does not plan to expand its network at the moment, says marketing manager Hakan Johansson. However, if demand continues to grow then additional Saab 2000s could be acquired, he says.
