LATECOERE, which posted strong 2005 results with a 34% year-on-year increase in turnover to €355 million ($430 million) “despite delays in deliveries on some new aircraft programmes”. The company’s order book was worth €1.3 billion at year-end 2005, 27% higher than 2004, giving the group “very good visibility on its future activity”. Cost control moves have seen profitability increase 15% year on year. Latecoere forecasts sustained growth of more than 10% for 2006.
