Kaman has delivered a K-MAX external-lift helicopter to Grizzly Mountain Aviation, of Prineville, Oregon. The company has now sold 13 of the intermeshing-rotor helicopters, and two are on lease to operators. Grizzly Mountain will use the single-seat, single-engined aircraft for logging operations. An aircraft was also recently handed over to Liechtenstein-based Rotex.

The US government has blacklisted more private companies over alleged connections to the training of Chinese military aviators, including two firms operated by former test pilots in the UK Royal Air Force and South African Air Force.
