The Australian Government has established the International Space Advisory Group to lay the foundations for a long-term space strategy, bringing together national space science, research and industry teams.

The group, led by Australian astronaut Paul Scully Power, will initially identify strategies for nat-ional involvement in the Internat- ional Space Station (ISS) and other international programmes. These will include providing landing sites for future ISS crew return vehicles and modules, and life sciences research.
