Hughes has completed the testing and site acceptance of its Guardian flight and radar data-processing system at Chengdu, Guangzhou and Zhenzhou for the China United Airlines air-traffic-control system. The remaining sites, at Beijing, Chanchun, Fuzhou and Shenyang are due to be commissioned this month.
