Gulfstream is to supply up to 20 GV and GV-SP long-range business jets to the US Air Force under a 10-year contract potentially worth $1.6 billion, including contractor logistic support of the aircraft. The first purchase under the "indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity" (ID/IQ) contract is a single GV (C-37A) valued at $43.4 million. ID/IQ is a contracting vehicle simplifying the purchase of additional aircraft and support services.
