Gulfstream has completed company flight testing of the G450 long-range business jet, and certification testing is under way aiming for US approval on schedule in the third quarter of this year. The G450 is a development of the GIV/G400, with the Honeywell Primus Epic-based PlaneView cockpit developed for the ultra-long-range G500/550. Four G450 test aircraft have accumulated more than 1,250h in roughly 500 flights since the type first flew in April last year, says Gulfstream.
