Gulfstream rolled out the 500th and final GIV series business jet last week paving the way for the G300 and G400 models. The super-large G400, formerly GIV-SP, is scheduled to enter service in the second quarter of next year and the new large-cabin $25.5 million G300, a reduced range GIV-SP, in the third quarter. There are seven types in the rebranded line up - G100, G150, G200, G300, G400, G500 and G550. The G550, formerly the GV-SP, will also enter service next year.
