Business-aircraft manufacturer Gulfstream Aerospace, of Savannah, Georgia, has appointed its executive vice-president and chief financial officer, Chris Davis, as president and chief operating officer of its newly created subsidiary, Gulfstream Financial Services. David Rowe, who joined Gulfstream Aerospace in December 1994, becomes executive vice-president, with responsibility for the day-to-day operations.
