A flash of inspiration often drives new products and Gulfstream has listened to its customers and developed ‘Circuit Flash’ – a software enhancement for its electronic maintenance manuals.
According to Gulfstream, aircraft technicians accessing electronic wiring diagrams typically have laptops with 14-inch screens. Tracking long wire paths on these screens can be problematic because the image must be moved around on the screen to visually track the line that represents the wire path. Circuit Flash will highlight the desired wire in red, to contrast against the other wires which are a traditional black.
