Peter Sutch has resigned his post, of chairman of Swire Pacific's Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering (HAECO). Sutch, who remains chairman of Swire and Cathay Pacific, is replaced by David Turnbull, Cathay Pacific Airways, deputy managing director.
