Renegade Venture subsidiary Hamilton Aerospace Technologies has announced that it signed a renewable general terms agreement with Mesa Airlines.
The new contract, which has an initial term of one year, is for on-demand routine and non-routine maintenance on Mesa's regional jet aircraft.
Hamilton says it will service an average of five Mesa aircraft every night and anticipates the number of labour hours provided to Mesa to double within 45 days.
"Thereafter, the maintenance services are expected to continue to increase commensurate with Mesa's expanding fleet maintenance requirements," says Hamilton.
