High-technology company Hamilton Standard, of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, has appointed Michael Ratchford vice-president for quality and environmental health and safety He was previously director of commercial-customer service. Gregory DeSantis has become vice-president and general manager for worldwide customer support. He was formerly vice-president of operations and has been with Hamilton Standard since 1966.
