Frontier Airlines suspended its service between Boston Logan and its Denver hub, saying that ground handling costs there had increased since Logan construction forced it to move gates in May, and sign a contract with a new handler, US Airways. Frontier will, however, begin flights between Denver and three new cities: Fort Myers, Oklahoma City and Tucson.
