Bristow Helicopters of the UK and Louisiana, USA-based Air Logistics have formed a joint venture offering maintenance and support services, primarily for rotary wing operators. United Helicopter Maintenance will initially offer support services for a range of Bell, Eurocopter and Sikorsky aircraft from its facilities in New Iberia, Louisiana, and Redhill in the UK.
