Lockheed Martin has completed natural icing testing of the C-130J in Argentina, clearing the way for certification of the improved Hercules transport by the end of July. Deliveries to the Royal Air Force are due to begin in August, with aircraft for the Royal Australian and US air forces to follow before the end of the year.
