Bureau Veritas is in the business of certifying the management systems of aircraft companies to the ISO 9000 international quality standard.
Business development manager Jim Bruce says: "Our role is developing procedures and systems for service and maintenance companies before auditing them every two years to preserve the method of working.
"As well as setting internationally high standards for the workforce to follow, our certifications are used by the customer to boost passenger confidence."
