Zagreb-based Helikopterska Kompanija (Hiko) has taken delivery from Eurocopter of its first EC145 and a single secondhand BK117. The Croatian government recently issued a public tender for national helicopter services and Hiko plans to bid for the contract. The Croatian company earlier this year signed contracts to provide services for the Croatian Automobile Club and Mountain Rescue Service.
