Hong Kong Express has disclosed launch details of the four services it will be launching to Japan in the coming weeks.

It will be launching a thrice-weekly charter service from Hong Kong to Okayama on 26 April, a Hong Kong Express spokeswoman says in an emailed response to a query from ATI.

On 28 April it will launch a thrice-weekly scheduled service to Kagoshima, on 1 May it will launch a twice-weekly scheduled service to Hiroshima and on the 15 May it will launch a six-times-weekly scheduled service to Nagoya, she says.

Hong Kong Express operates Boeing 737-800s and is launching the services under a new air services agreement Hong Kong signed recently with Japan.

On 3 April the airline launched a thrice-weekly scheduled service to Okinawa, its first scheduled service to Japan.
