Hong Kong's Provisional Airport Authority has signed a HK$10.1 billion ($1.29 billion) contract for the construction of the passenger terminal building at the new Chek Lap Kok Airport. The 490,000m2 (5.27 million sq.ft.) terminal will be built by a joint Anglo-Sino-Japanese consortium.
