Hughes Arabia, based in Riyadah, Saudi Arabia, an affiliate of Hughes Middle East Operations, which is a business area of Hughes Information Systems, has appointed retired US Air Force Lt Gen James (Jim) Record president. He was with the USAF for 35 years before joining Hughes this year, where he has held Middle East top-level positions.
