Dr Charles "Chuck" Krumm has been appointed manager of the Microelectronics division of El Segundo, California-based Hughes Aircraft's Radar and Communications Systems. He was formerly manager of the division's Gallium Arsenide Operations business unit, based in Torrance, California.
