Richard Thwaites has been appointed business-development director, and joins the board, of the UK's Hymatic Engineering, of Redditch, Worcestershire, part of the Cobham Group and which specialises in the design and manufacture of cryogenic systems for infra-red imaging, and other applications for aerospace and defence. He was formerly with Ultra Electronics and the Dowty Group.
