The Israeli air force (IAF) is preparing a forecast of its structure for 2020. Basic assumptions are the increased use of unmanned air vehicle and smart weapons and that the size of training areas will shrink. A IAF team will prepare the forecast which will be used as the basis for its future aircraft requirements.
