The first Cambodian air force Mikoyan MiG-21Bis being upgraded by Israel Aircraft Industries, had its maiden flight on 24 May. IAI is upgrading 15 aircraft under a $480 million contract. Cockpit avionics will be upgraded. The Rafael Python 3 infra-red guided missile is also thought to be included.
