Icing and crew training were factors in an April 2004 incident at Timmins, Ontario, in which a Beechcraft Super King Air B300 stalled on the approach, says the Transportation Safety Board of Canada. The pilot recovered and landed safely. Anti-icing was in use, but 25-40mm (1-1.5in) of ice was found on the winglets.
