McDonnell Douglas says that its new Delta 3 launchers, will be used to carry some of the 12 mobile communications satellites, to be operated by, the Inmarsat affiliate company ICO Communications. Hughes Space and Communications, which is building the ICO satellites, has booked 11 launches on the Delta 3. One of those has been assigned the Galaxy 10 satellite.
