Eurocopter has bought Motorflug Baden-Baden, The German helicopter MRO specialist with bases in Baden-Baden, Rheinmünster and Schönhagen near Berlin.
At the show yesterday Europter said Moptorflug will become an integral part of Eurocopter’s service and support business and will complement Eurocopter’s maintenance, repair and overhaul capabilities in the civil helicopter market.
Lutz Bertling, Eurocopter’s ceo, said “We have identified the service area as one of our strategic axes of growth. Motorflug has a broad spectrum of service capabilities and fits perfectly into our portfolio.”
