Rockwell Collins launched an updated online publication at the show to highlight the advances being made in support of unmanned air system operations, including future commercial applications.
"Every day all around the world we are seeing exciting progress in this sector," says senior director, UAS and control technologies David Vos, the report's author. "This is no longer a dialogue about when unmanned systems are going to turn up."
Vos describes the new "eBook" as a one-stop shop for UAS issues, and adds: "Our main focus is to raise public awareness."
The company is offering the report as a free download.
