Connexion by Boeing, the broadband in-flight internet and data communications product, has been regaining momentum. Japan Airlines signed a letter of intent to become its Asian launch customer with installation in 10 of its long-haul aircraft as a first step. British Airways also was a recent customer. Tenzing Communications, Boeing's major competitor in the passenger connectivity race and its shareholder Airbus brought on Rockwell Collins as a new team member.
