GERMAN REGIONAL-AIRLINE INTEROT, soon to be renamed Augsburg Airlines, became the latest operator at London City Airport when it began services from Augsburg, in southern Germany, and London via Cologne/Bonn on 6 November. The twice-daily weekday service is flown with 37-seat Bombardier Dash 8-100 turboprop aircraft. Interot is offering an introductory return fare of £98 ($160) between London and Cologne. The round-trip fares to Augsburg are comparable with those offered by other airlines to nearby Munich.
