Frank Baldwin has been appointed director of operations, Europe, Middle East and Africa, for InVision Technologies, manufacturer of automated security screening machines. Previously managing director of Eagle Crest Project Management, he has spent the last few years working closely with airlines and airport operators in developing security screening for complex baggage systems.
