A dossier on Iraq's weapons of mass destruction, released by the UK last week, says Saddam Hussein's regime has retained 20 al-Hussein tactical ballistic missiles, eight more than previously believed. The report Iraq's Weapons of Mass Destruction - the assessment of the British government - says that Iraq has also started producing the solid-propellant al-Samoud missile and is working to increase its range beyond 200km (110nm). Iraq's nuclear, biological and chemical weapons capabilities and stockpiles are also detailed in the study.
