Australia's International Safety Systems has launched an "affordable" safety management system, the Airline Integrated Reporting Software, writesEmma Kelly.
The Queensland-based company has eight customers in Australia and has begun talking to international operators.
The software has been developed for the aviation industry, says ISS commercial director David Rickward. It captures information at source and distributes it automatically via email providing stakeholders and managers with up-to-date information, he adds. Subsequent data and analysis is all conducted online, reducing process and resolution time, he adds. "The entire process can be achieved without generating any paperwork," says Rickward.
Development work is finished and the system is being used by eight customers in Australia, primarily regional airlines.
