Russia's International Space Station (ISS) prime contractor RSC Energia says that Rosaviakosmos has not provided the company with the funds to build new Progress tankers, which could lead to the programme being "abandoned" in November. Energia claims the deficit is into millions of dollars and will hamper launch preparations, due to lack of logistical support. Last week, the world's second space tourist, South African Mark Shuttleworth, flew to the ISS aboard a Soyuz TM34, paying $20 million.
