The Japan Civil Aviation Bureau (JCAB) has ordered a second Bombardier Global Express business jet equipped for flight inspection and airways calibration. JCAB's first Global Express is in final outfitting at Marshall Aerospace in the UK and is scheduled to be delivered later this year.
