Airbus has delivered two former Air France/Air Lib A340-200s to Royal Jordanian. The airline will use them to upgrade and expand its long-haul network. Both A340s are eight-year-old aircraft leased from the manufacturer. They will inaugurate nonstop services to North America and will also be deployed to Asia. The airline currently operates eight A310-300s on its medium and long haul flights.
