BAE Systems expects a US Navy contract in November to provide the Broach penetrator warhead for the Raytheon AGM-154C Joint Stand-off Weapon (JSOW). Pending successful testing, Broach will replace the 230kg (500lb) BLU-111 warhead. BAE will begin fabricating JSOW warheads in 2001 for sled tests and flight tests in 2002/3. Low-rate initial production would follow in 2004.
