Korean Air (KAL) has launched services to its 21st destination in China. The SkyTeam alliance carrier says in a statement that it launched services this week between Seoul and Zhengzhou, capital of Henan province.

KAL says it is the only non-Chinese carrier serving Zhengzhou. It has been aggressively expanding its Chinese network in recent years and now serves 21 destinations in the country. The four-times-weekly Seoul-Zhengzhou services are operated with Boeing 737s. KAL’s codeshare partner China Southern Airlines also operates on the route, according to Innovata.
