Kaman Aerospace International has begun construction of a 3,000m2 (33,000ft2 ) facility at Nowra, New South Wales, to support the Royal Australian Navy's future fleet of 11 SH-2G(A) Super Seasprite helicopters. The centre, adjacent to the Nowra naval air station, will also house Kaman's Australian programme partners, General Electric, Computer Sciences, Safe Air and Scientific Management Associates.
