Candace Clark has been promoted to senior vice-president, chief legal officer and secretary at high-technology company Kaman, of Bloomfield, Connecticut. Kenneth Nasshan has been appointed vice-president of public relations. Clark has been vice-president since 1994, while Nasshan was appointed assistant vice- president in 1988.
