Kazan Helicopters showed its Mil-17-1V helicopter customised for offshore oil work or maritime patrol. The helicopter, which features some Elbit-built avionics, has two external 900-litre (237 USgal) fuel tanks, giving it a maximum range of over 1,110km (600nm). Modifications have been made to help it stay afloat in case of an emergency landing on water.
