RUSSIAN COMPANY Khrunichev has signed a $2 million contract to buy three Intelsat satellite ground stations to establish an integrated network between the company, the Baikonur Cosmodrome and foreign customers.
Khrunichev, which with Energia and Lockheed, markets the Proton satellite launcher, has decided to establish "an up-to-date communications system in the interest of clients", says the company.
