Valentin Klimov has been replaced by Igor Shevchuk as general director of Tupolev, following its annual general meeting. Klimov failed to receive enough votes during the meeting to retain his post. Shevchuk's appointment follows several weeks of discussions among senior managers to determine Klimov's successor.
