Michael Clifford, deputy managing director of European consortium Panavia, of Munich, Germany, has been named chief executive of the UK's Consortium of Lancashire Aerospace. He is a former purchasing director of British Aerospace Warton and project director of the Al Yamamah programme at Panavia.
