Lankan duty deal

Alpha Airports Group has taken a 60 per cent stake in Orient Lanka, the duty free operator at Colombo Airport in Sri Lanka, for $18 million. The UK company has an option to acquire the remaining shares, after employees receive up to 10 per cent.
