BAE Systems Avionics has delivered the first laser for integration with the Lockheed Martin F-35 Joint Strike Fighter's integrated electro-optical targeting system. To enter series production at BAE's Crewe Toll site in Edinburgh next year, the laser will be used for range-finding and target designation.
