TAP Air Portugal and Transbrasil have signed a co-operation agreement involving a range of services, including optimisation of operational resources, joint provision of passenger-handling services and joint programming of air services. In another move involving a Latin American carrier, American Airlines has agreed an alliance with LanChile. The deal covers codesharing and reciprocal frequent-flyer programmes.
