Johnny Lau has joined Shanghai Spring International Travel Service as the new chief financial officer.
Spring Airlines is the aviation subsidiary of Shanghai Spring International Travel Service.
According to Flightglobal's Ascend database, Spring operates 24 Airbus A320s, on of which on lease from ICBC Leasing. Four more A320s are expected to join towards the end of this year while Spring will take four new A320s in 2012.
Lau announced his departure from ICBC Leasing earlier this month and his appointment is effective 1 September 2011.
