Israel Military Industries (IMI)is developing a rocket boost system for its Light Defender stand-off weapon to allow its use from helicopters. The US Navy recently ordered a number of systems for evaluation from rotary-wing platforms. Light Defender is a warhead-equipped development of IMI's Delilah loitering decoy.
